Stiltz has a congenital deformity of his hips and back legs. Basically, he has no hip joints and his hind legs are held in place only by ligaments tendons and muscle. His back legs are stiff and do not move normally, hence his name. He is very capable of moving around (walking, running, climbing, playing), but we do not know what the future holds for his continued mobility. He is very friendly, VERY LOVING, and very silly. Nothing holds him back.

Merri Grey (CH)

Merri Grey came to Fosterlings when her retired military owner’s PTSD was causing stress issues for Merri, which, in turn, escalated the stress issues for both the owner and Merri, leading to mental and physical health issues for both the owner and Merri. The owner decided it was in the best interests for Merri to be rehomed.
Merri Grey has moderate CH but is 100% litter box compliant, loves to play. She has stress issues and does not get along with other animals or small children, but does fine in a quiet environment as a single cat. Merri LOVES attention and toys.

Quiver and Quake are sister and brother, both with severe CH (Cerebellar Hypoplasia). These two super sweet wobbly-cats would love a home together, but can be adopted separately. Potential adopters must have CH experience and vet references!
Both are litter box trained, but not litter box compliant due to mobility issues. They are capable of getting around on their own, but cannot handle stairs.

Riot is a neutered male with moderate Cerebellar Hypoplasia.
Birthdate:11/4/22
Riot is litterbox compliant and very mobile. He is unable to manage stairs well, but does enjoy climbing onto the couch. He does best with a high sided litter box with a low entry. He loves attention and will sit in laps for a cuddle.
Riot is not available to a first time adopter and requires vet reference.
